These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services made available on or through https://www.chipchapservice.se and the Chipchap mobile app (collectively, the “Platform”, and together with the services provided on or through the Platform, the “Services”).
These Terms also include our Privacy Policy, available at Chipchap services/privacypolicy.se (“Privacy Policy”), as well as any guidelines, additional or supplemental terms, policies, and disclaimers made available or issued by us from time to time (“Supplementary Terms”). The Privacy Policy and Supplementary Terms are an integral part of these Terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and any Supplementary Terms relating to applicable Services, the Supplementary Terms shall prevail. The Terms constitute a legally binding and enforceable contract between Chipchap Services and the users.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have full capacity and legal authority to accept and be bound by these Terms. If you represent another person, you confirm and warrant that you have the authority and power to bind such person to these Terms.
By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time, and that you will comply with the requirements listed herein. These Terms expressly replace any previous written agreements with you. If you do not agree to these Terms or cannot comply with the requirements listed, please do not use the Services.
The Services include the provision of the Platform that allows you to organize and book various home services with independent third parties, referred to as “Services ambassadors,” for such services (“Beauty Services”). As part of the Services, Chipchap Services facilitates the transfer of payments to Services ambassadors for the services they provide to you and collects payments on behalf of those Services.
The services provided by Services ambassadors are referred to as “services” herein (“beauty services”). Chipchap Services does not provide Services ambassadors and is not responsible for their performance. Services ambassadors are solely responsible and liable for the services they offer or otherwise provide through the Platform. Chipchap Services does not employ the Services ambassadors, nor are they agents, contractors, or partners of Chipchap Services or its affiliates. Services ambassadors do not have the authority to bind or represent Chipchap Services.
Customers may download the Application from the App Store, Google Play Store, or access www.chipchap.se to search for, book appointments with, and interact with Services ambassadors.
2.1. Registration: To fully use the Services, both Services ambassadors and customers must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
2.2. Accuracy of Information: You guarantee that all information (name, surname, tax code or similar) provided during registration or at any other time is truthful, accurate, and up to date, and matches the data registered with the relevant governmental authority. You agree to inform us of any changes to your information. Only one account per user is allowed.
Only you, registered as a user on Chipchap Services, may use the platform to find services through your registered account. You are not permitted to allow others to use your Chipchap Services account. You agree to ensure that no other person can access your Chipchap Services account or use the service on your behalf. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Chipchap Services account, you agree to contact us immediately so we can block your account pending investigation. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.
If we suspect that your Chipchap account is being used by someone else, Chipchap Services reserves the right to temporarily suspend your access to the service without prior notice.
2.3. Communications: You agree to receive communications from us regarding payment requests, service information, promotional offers from our third-party partners, and any other service-related communications.
3.1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal, abusive, or non-compliant use of these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.
3.2. User Content: You are solely responsible for any content, information, or data you submit or display through the Services (“User Content”). You guarantee that your User Content does not violate the rights of others and complies with the law.
3.3. Community Conduct: Users must behave respectfully toward other community members. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Privacy
Chipchap’s Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. By using the Services, you accept our Privacy Policy.
5.1. Ownership Rights: All intellectual property rights related to the Website, the Application, and the Services belong to Chipchap or its licensors.
6.1. Disclaimer of Liability: Chipchap provides a platform that connects helpers (“Services Pro”) with clients (“Users”). We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by the Services Pro or for the conduct of Users. Services Pro are independent service providers, and Users are responsible for their appointment choices. Chipchap does not guarantee User satisfaction or the quality of services provided by Services Pro.
6.2. Limitation of Liability: Chipchap is not liable for disputes, claims, losses, or damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from your use of our Services. In the event of a dispute between a Partner and a User, we reserve the right to delete the account of the affected User after a thorough investigation.
7.1. Termination by Users: Users may terminate their account at any time by following the procedures specified in the Application. Termination by Services ambassadors does not automatically cancel existing appointments with Customers, which must be handled according to specific refund policies.
7.2. Termination by Chipchap Services: Chipchap reserves the right to terminate the account of a Services ambassador or User at its sole discretion, in the event of violation of the Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, fraud, or inappropriate behavior. Any termination by Chipchap Services will be notified to the affected user.
