These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services made available on or through https://www.chipchapservice.se, the Chipchap mobile app (collectively, the "Platform", and together with the services made available on or through the Platform, the "Services")
These Terms also include our privacy policy, available on Chipchap services/privacypolicy.se ("Privacy Policy"), and any guidelines, additional, or supplemental terms, policies, and disclaimers made available or issued by us from time to time ("Supplemental Terms"). The Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Terms form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Supplemental Terms with respect to applicable Services, the Supplemental Terms will prevail. The Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Chipchap services and the users.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority to agree to and bind yourself to these Terms. If you represent any other person, you confirm and represent that you have the necessary power and authority to bind such person to these Terms
By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by, these Terms, as amended from time to time, and that you will comply with the requirements listed here. These Terms expressly supersede any prior written agreements with you. If you do not agree to these Terms, or comply with the requirements listed here, please do not use the Services.
1. Description of Services
The Services include the provision of the Platform that enables you to arrange and schedule different home-based services with independent third-party, “Beauty ambassadors”, of those services ("Beauty services"). As a part of the Services, Chipchap Services facilitates the transfer of payments to Beauty ambassadors for the services they render to you and collects payments on behalf of such Services
The services rendered by Beauty ambassadors are referred to as "services " named here (“beauty services”). Chipchap Service does not provide the Beauty ambassadors and is not responsible for their provision. Beauty ambassadors are solely liable and responsible for the service that they offer or otherwise provide through the Platform. Chipchap Services do not employ Beauty ambassadors, nor are Service agents, contractors, or partners of Chipchap services or its affiliates. Beauty ambassadors do not have the ability to bind or represent Chichap Services.
1.1. Services for Clients: Clients can download the Application from the App Store, Google Play Store or go on www.chipchap.se to search, book appointments, and interact with the Beauty ambassadors.
2. User Accounts creation
2.1. Registration: To fully use the Services, Beauty ambassadors and clients must create an user account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities on your account.
2.2. Authenticity of Information: You guarantee that all information (first name, last name and personal/social number ect..) provided during registration or at other times is true, accurate, and up-to-date corresponding with the information registered with the relevant governmental register such as the population register or equivalent. You agree to inform us of any changes in your information. It is allowed to have one account per user.
Only you, who have registered as a user on Chipchap service, can use the platform by finding services through the registered account. It is not allowed to let another person use your Chipchap Services account. You undertake to ensure that other people cannot access your Chipchap Services account or use the service in your name. If you have reason to suspect that someone unauthorized has access to your Chipchap Service account, you undertake to contact us immediately so that we can block your account pending investigation. We shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account
If we suspect that your Chipchap account is being used by someone other than yourself, Chipchap Service has the right to suspend you temporarily from using the service without prior notice."
3.3 You agree to receive communications from us regarding request for payment, information about us and the services, promotional offers and services from and our third party partners and any matter in relation to the services.
3. Use of Services
3.1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal, abusive, or contrary use to these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.
3.2. User Content: You are solely responsible for any content, information, or data you submit or display on the Services ("User Content"). You guarantee that your User Content does not violate the rights of third parties and complies with the law.
3.3. Community Respect: Users are expected to behave respectfully towards other community members. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any other inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.
4. Privacy
Chichap's privacy policy governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. By using the Services, you agree to our privacy policy.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Property Rights: All intellectual property rights related to the Site, Application, and Services are owned by Chipchap or its licensors.
6. Liability
6.1. Disclaimer: Chipchap provides a platform that connects helper ("Services Pro") with clients ("Users"). We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by the Services Pro or the behavior of Users. Services Pro are independent Services Providers, and Users are responsible for their appointment choices. Chipchap Services does not guarantee User satisfaction or the quality of services pro’s services.
6.2. Limitation of Liability: Chipchap is not liable for disputes, claims, losses, or damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our Services. In case of a dispute between a Partner and a User, we reserve the right to delete the account of the concerned User after a thorough investigation.
7. Termination
7.1. Termination by Users: Users can terminate their account at any time following the specified procedures in the Application. Termination by Partners does not automatically terminate existing appointments with Clients, which must be managed according to specific refund policies.
7.2. Termination by Chipchap Services: Chipchap reserves the right to terminate a services pro's account or a user’s account at its sole discretion, in case of Terms and Conditions violation, suspicious activity, fraud, or inappropriate behaviour. Any termination by Chipchap Services will be notified to the concerned user.
